Eating Disorders Explained
No one can deny that as a society, we’re borderline obsessed with weight loss—it’s an industry worth over $70 billion, after all.
Having a disordered relationship with food is something that millions of people suffer from, but very few people openly discuss or fully understand and some may not even be aware that they or a loved one has. As a result, there is a lot of confusion, shame, embarrassment, and feelings of isolation associated with eating disorders.
Starting on The First Sunday of The Month Beginning January 3rd 2021, We will begin to look at eating disorders along with the everyday stresses, myths about food, and constant buzz about dieting all over the Internet, that may lead up to disordered eating. It's no wonder that so many people get wrapped up in food-related disorders.
